This cozy house is located up the Canyon of County Rd. 342 just outside of Chama. this is one of the prettiest canyons in Chama. The Cabin is a 2 bedroom 2 bath house, a good size living room and a nice sized kitchen. The upstairs has two bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom. the front enclosed porch can also be a bedroom if you like the openness, It also opens threw French doors to an outdoor covered patio. Their is a detached out building/carport out back. There is a security system in place it just needs activated along with a Close Caption Phone. The Stairs leading up to the bedrooms has a handicap stair lift. the owner was preparing the house for himself and plans changed. The 2.973 acres butts up to the Jicarilla Apache Nation land, so you don't have to worry about anyone building behind you. Chama is only 15 minutes away were you can do your local shopping or ride the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad that has been around since the year 1880.
