Biography for Tim and Paula Galvin

Tim & Paula Galvin come to Sothebys International Realty, each with over 30 years of real estate experience. They served as a qualifying broker and sales associate, respectively, for three golf resort communities " Las Campanas, Schaffers Mill in Lake Tahoe and River Valley Ranch near Aspen, developed by Gerald Hines of Houston.

Tim managed the sales & marketing for developers in Orange County and Palm Springs California as well as Las Vegas, Nevada. He has a Masters Degree from USC and is a founder of HomeAid, a program to help the transitionally homeless, that is now nation-wide.

Paula was born and raised in Texas. She is licensed in New Mexico, Texas, Colorado and California. In Lake Tahoe, Paula designed, built and sold a multi-million dollar spec home to Exclusive Resorts in the Northstar ski resort.
