FRANCESCA STEDMAN

Francesca comes to Santa Fe as a home builder and interior designer from Houston Texas with more than 30 years experience. Francesca's skill and knowledge of home building is a valuable asset for her clients when it comes to purchasing a home as is her list of connections within the construction industry in Santa Fe.

An avid oil painter and classically trained guitarist, Francesca moved to Santa Fe 18 years ago to follow her artistic and musical passions while furthering her real estate career. She is also a devoted Gold Life Master Bridge player who travels the Southwest playing tournaments.

MARY KEHOE:

Mary is a long time Santa Fe resident with a Dallas connection. She was a contributing editor of Veranda Magazine and is first on board for styling and prepping a home when it goes on the market.

Mary is heavily involved with numerous charitable organizations, and is recently retired as a long standing board member of the Santa Fe Animal Shelter and Humane Society. Also a member of the Santa Fe Garden Club, Mary is known for her fun and easy way of entertaining her expanding circle of friends and her devotion to the game of Mahjongg !

NUMI HIRSCH

Numi is a member of Stedman Kehoe Hirsch Pollack, one of the Top 5 producing teams in Santa Fe with average sales volume in excess of $40,000,000.

A native New Yorker, Numi moved to Santa Fe in 1998 and has made this place her home ever since. A lover of all things real estate, she brings years of experience in purchasing, renting and remodeling. She also brings enjoyment and dedication to the job.

Numi and her husband are proud parents of three children, together active in the outdoors, appreciative of their friendships and grateful to be raising their family here. Before real estate, Numi worked as a school teacher and, in the spirit of continuing to support public schools, she donates a portion of her net proceeds to a local non profit, Partners in Education.

STEPHEN POLLACK

Stephen is a member of Stedman/Kehoe/Hirsch/Pollack, one of the Top 5 producing teams in Santa Fe. A native of California, Stephen divides his time between Los Angeles and Santa Fe. Prior to real estate, Stephen spent 20 years as a consultant to boards of not-for-profit organizations on the design and administration of reward programs for top executives. Through this experience, he has developed a high level of comfort with numbers, an unmatched attention to detail and the habit of being responsive to client needs.

Stephen has a B.S. in Sociology from University of California, Davis and an M.B.A. from U.C.L.A. Stephen and his husband are avid travelers and believe in giving back to the community. As such, Stephen is a board member of Maya's Music Therapy Fund which provides music therapy services to disabled persons in Northern California, where he is from originally.
