Biography for Paul Stenberg

For nearly 25 years, Paul Stenberg's name and Real Estate reputation has been synonymous with Dedication, Loyalty, and Commitment to his clients goals. Paul's simple belief is that his clients needs and objectives come first. Have you ever spoken with a Realtor and felt like they were reading off a script? I would never do that says Paul. Each and every Buyer and Seller is different, their circumstances and objectives differ - "there is no one plan or speech fits all in Real Estate.

Paul grew up in the solemn beauty of the wine country near Sonoma as well as the Redwoods on the coast of Mendocino. A graduate of St. Mary's College in Moraga in 1988, Pauls first work experience during college was in a bustling Coldwell Banker officce in Walnut Creek, CA. Then, upon graduation, he moved into the exciting realm of media, working at KKIS Radio in Concord. This broadcasting experience eventually led to Pauls relocation to Santa Fe in 1989. Utilizing his media, writing and marketing experience, he quickly found himself back in the Real Estate arena in 1992, working for a small, boutique brokerage handling Sales and Property Management.

With a brief three year segue into Economic Development for both the City of Santa Fe and the State of New Mexico, Paul finally settled permanently into Real Estate in 1996 at French & French Fine Properties.

Paul has worked in all segments and geographical areas of Santa Fe's diverse market, including historic resales, new construction, investment and vacation properties. Paul spent over six years specializing in the Highway 285 Corridor as well as being the on-site Broker for nearly three years at the exclusive Resort Development of Quail Run. He has served two terms on the Santa Fe Association
of Realtors Board of Directors (2013-2018); has Chaired both the Ethics and Education Committees, and currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee.
