Biography for Patty Smith

Biography
A San Antonio native, I graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Spanish. I worked in sales and management in fashion and art before becoming a Realtor in Santa Fe in 1988. A Rio Grande School parent.  I am a member of the Santa Fe Chapter of the sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma and in the Social Directory of San Antonio, Texas. When I can find the time, I ski, attend concerts, travel, scuba dive, fly fish and collect art.

With my background in sales, I bring people skills to closing deals. My experience in Santa Fe real estate transactions has branched out into the complexities of mortgage financing, title insurance, construction matters and a multitude of successful sales where both buyers and sellers are more than satisfied with the end results.
