Biography for Matt Rieland

A native of Mankato, Minnesota, Matt Rieland grew up in Santa Fe. He earned a business degree from the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management. As an intern with Sherwin Williams, Matt gained invaluable insight into building, logistics, and problem solving. For over three decades, his family has owned and operated Roys Pest Control & Tree Service, which helped him gain extensive knowledge of the area. Matt has a reputation for working quickly and efficiently and can facilitate any aspect of a transaction. December 2019 Matt completed certifications of Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS) and also C2EX which is a certification from the National Association of Realtors in Ethics and Competency. He coaches youth baseball and loves the outdoors, including Santa Fes beautiful vistas and world-class skiing.
