Biography for James Campion

James Campion is a licensed broker in New Mexico and Oregon who brings a unique skill set to the real estate field. He is uniquely positioned to help his clients assess a propertys potential as an experienced designer/builder of his own homes and from growing up in a general contractor family. He learned his operations and information technology management skills working for two large home improvement centers in Northern California. As he moved up the ladder, James became the IT Director for the corporation serving multiple locations. More recently, he has been working as Director of Operations for two successful healthcare centers.

Since childhood, James much-loved avocations are art and architecture, being especially skilled in fine art watercolor and having been represented at Sonoma County, California galleries. He now enjoys a blissful, balanced life, returning to Santa Fe having just finished a large-scale remodel and sale of the 27 acres of Astor Lodge on the Oregon Coast.

The latest project on the books is a historic renovation of a well-known artists former home and gallery on Canyon Road.
