Biography for Jack Swonson

Originally from Denver, Jack is the son of a U.S. Air Force pilot. After graduating from St. Louis University with a degree in business, he followed his dreams and his fathers footsteps, becoming a fighter pilot and officer in the Air Force.

After 21 years of service, Jack wanted to pursue a career that would allow him to directly impact peoples lives, and real estate seemed a natural choice. Using skills developed and honed during his military career" a robust work ethic, exceptional project management, and the ability to build strong relationships"Jack was easily able to provide superior customer service. Since 2013"his first year in the industry"he has been recognized as a top producer. He established a dedicated Sothebys International Realty referral team of agents from 74 of the most critical markets across North America and Europe. He is a Master Certified Negotiations Expert and a member of the National Association of Realtors, and for many years he received the Martha Turner Sothebys International Realty Circle of Excellence award.

While visiting Santa Fe for the last two decades, Jack and his wife, Kelly, fell in love with the citys geography, culture, lifestyle, weather, and abundant outdoor activities. They knew it was the place they wanted to call home. Understanding each clients desires, exercising his honesty and in-depth knowledge, and exceeding all expectations became his passion and way of life. Jack will strive to bring this level of service to Santa Feans.

Jack and Kelly have two daughters, Emma and Bethany. Jack is an avid sports fan who enjoys skiing, golfing, hiking, running, sailing, and cycling. He served as the Houston chapter president of the Cha®ne des Rtisseurs international food and wine club and looks forward to joining the group in Santa Fe, as well as attending the citys annual Wine & Chile Festival. He is an avid fan and supporter of the arts, including the ballet and opera.
