Biography for Fernando Delgado

Fernandos 25 plus years working in the New York advertising industry were life changing. Passion, talent, and drive were the preliminary requirements. However, the key to a long-lasting partnership between the client and agency was his ability to listen and act on a need without undermining integrity.

Fernando was born in Cuba and in 1969, his family arrived in the United States as refugees via Mexico. Their family heritage, culture, and language were a source of pride and his parents never let him or his brother forget that. Fernando grew up in Newark, New Jersey and then lived and worked in New York City until he moved to New Mexico in 2005. Among the many high desert confluences, the beautiful high desert light and the vast landscape were magnets. Being able to relax in his life allowed Fernando the opportunity to continue working as a fine art photographer. He wholeheartedly embraced maana culture and called New Mexico home.

In 2016, he started a successful business specializing in historic restoration. When you take a house apart and put it back together, no one can sell it better. It is only natural that over his years as a real estate professional, his portfolio of client offerings has grown to include property maintenance, staging, photography, and advertising.
