David and Bonnie moved to Santa Fe in 1989 from Southern California where they owned and operated a Beach and Marina Real Estate and Management Company in the charming seaside town of Channel Islands Harbor, one of the last un-crowded beach communities in Southern California. They took some time off once in Santa Fe to enjoy the natural beauty that the City Different has to offer. A few years later they re-established themselves in the Santa Fe real estate market with a primary focus on residential, vacation homes, and premier building lots and new construction. David was involved in the construction and sale of two beautiful custom homes in the north hills just minutes from the Plaza.
