Charles's love affair with Santa Fe began on his first visit over 20 years ago. He was instantly captivated by the enchanting Pueblo and Territorial Revival style architecture of the East side. He is committed to safeguarding the city's rich architectural legacy, actively contributes to the preservation of Santa Fe's architectural heritage through his involvement with the Historic Santa Fe Foundation, and rarely misses meetings of the Historic Districts Review Board.
Charles attended Harvard University where he graduated with a dual degree in Government and History of Art and Architecture. In his free time, you will find him spending time with his two dogs, hiking the scenic trails around Santa Fe and Tesuque, jogging the streets around Canyon Road, cycling, gardening at his home in South Capitol, and playing tennis. As a dog dad of two rescues, he is a supporter of humane societies and donates a portion of each transaction to local animal shelters.
