Biography for AJ Gordon

AJ came to Santa Fe in 1989 with a deep-rooted Midwest work ethic that she sustains to this day.  It has served her well.  For these past three decades she has worked in the hospitality industry and raised three children simultaneously.  Her love for Santa Fe and all the people she has met here makes it home.

AJ has managed popular restaurant establishments and has a top sales history in New Mexico.  She has risen through the ranks always with customer service as her number one priority.  It is this type of business that has taught her negotiating skills as well as multi-tasking, paying attention to every detail with consistent success. She has a degree in Business Administration /Communication from Northern Michigan University.

Danna and AJ met in 2012 mutually recognizing each other’s assets which benefit their goals.  Teaming up in 2023, “Dream Team Santa Fe” was born.  AJ understood that after serving others in one industry it was a natural segue into the selling of real estate.  The added benefit in her career change is the ability to have a healthier, happy lifestyle affording her the opportunity more time for her family and friends.  She thrives on her ever-expanding network of clients, finding the best property for each of them.  They trust her.  She has come to expect the exceptional for her sellers, buyers and of herself.
