Born and raised in East L.A., Felipe Martinez moved to Santa Fe, NM in 1991, bringing with him the culinary skills and family recipes passed down to him by his Mom.
In 1993 he opened Felipe's Tacos, where he introduced Santa Fe to his fresh, health-conscious, family-style recipes.
Today, Felipe's Tacos is considered a local favorite by many Santa Fe residents.
