Blue Corn Café is under the leadership of General Manager Gustavo Azurdia. Born and raised in Guatemala, Gustavo moved to Santa Fe in 1993. While attaining his Bachelor of Science degree from UNM, he worked his way up through the restaurant brigade. Gustavo joined the Santa Fe Dining family in May of 2010 as manager of Sleeping Dog Tavern and shortly thereafter took over as the general manager. In May of 2012 Gustavo moved to the Blue Corn Café.
