Rim rock ledges boast boulders & awesome views. Grasses include bluestem, dropseed, galleta, sideoats, cottontop, sacaton and other native specie. Some cholla and cedars are scattered. North boundary is Conchas Lake and the views are long. There are smaller pasture parcels are located south of Hwy 104. Most of the ranch lies on the north side of the Hwy.
