Biography for Lisa Karam

Lisa is a full-time real estate professional with Sotheby's International Realty in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Born in Bethesda, Maryland, Lisa has degrees in Marketing and Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Lisa brings over 25 years of real estate experience to Sothebys International Realty. After a 14-year career as an executive in the retail industry in the Washington, DC area, Lisa moved to Northern Utah in 1997 to develop real estate. She spent the next 25 years developing and selling real estate in the resort area of Ogden Valley, the home of Powder Mountain and Snowbasin ski resorts, and Pineview Reservoir.

In addition to being a Top Producing broker, Lisa has earned several elite designations, which allow to her to maximize her service to her clientele, including Guild member status as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, a member of the invitation-only REALM Global network, and a Santa Fe Association of Realtors Santa Fe Specialist.

Lisa has long been drawn to Santa Fe. Having visited numerous times over the past years, she has experienced a great deal of the Santa Fe Lifestyle, from skiing at Santa Fe Ski Basin, attending the world-renowned Santa Fe Opera, participating in many of the local festivals, and attending the renowned Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque. Lisa is honored to be a part of the Santa Fe community and promote and share the Santa Fe Lifestyle with her clients.

Lisa and her husband Walt are avid skiers, golfers and sailors, love the local cultural, art and food scenes, and enjoy all the aspects of living the Santa Fe Lifestyle.
